John Michael Hornung

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of John Hornung on April 9, 2021… John was born in the Bronx, NY on 7-27-39 to his parents John and Mary Hornung… He became a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 28 on Sept. 1957…..And retired After 44 years from said Local….. He and Arline bought a house in  Pearl River, NY were they brought up  their 3 children and John became an active member of the Pearl River Elks 2041 for 37 years…

John is survived by his wife Arline  of 59 years, his children John Arthur (pre-deceased) his son Michael and wife Loretta, his daughter Diane and wife Susan, grandchildren Amanda and Aedan His sister Mary and husband Dom, his sister-in-law Chickie (pre deceased) and husband Joe His many nieces and nephews cousins and friends……And of Course his Heidi Girl….. A Celebration of His Life will determined at a later date to be held in Pearl River, NY
