John F. Kuhn

John F. Kuhn, age 88 of Bluffton South Carolina passed away peacefully November 21, 2023. Preceded in death by parents Alfred and Genevieve Kuhn, brother Alfred Kuhn, sister Ida Findley and his son, Jeffrey Kuhn.

Survived by his loving wife Linda Kuhn, son John Kuhn, daughters Diana (Pat) Carlin, Debbie Kuhn, Kitsie (Dan) Nelson. Extended Family, Teresa Hunt, Charles (Zai) Sowards, Johnny Bennett, Joy (Tim) Matthews, Timothy Bennett, Rebecca Antonopoulos, several grandchildren and his beloved pet, Sarah.

Known as “Jack” to all who knew him, he was a distinguished Navy Veteran who proudly served our Military. Jack was a dedicated professional employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield for many years and later served as former President and CFO of Brocon Construction, Inc. until his retirement to Sun City, Bluffton SC.

Early in his retirement, Jack served as the neighborhood representative for Spring Hill. He enjoyed playing golf and bocce with close friends in his community and collaborating with members of the Sun City Community Theatre. Jack is loved by many, his presence here will be missed.

A graveside service will take place at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 1, 2023 at Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary St., Beaufort.
