John Walter Malphrus, Jr., 93, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Ridgeland Nursing Center in Ridgeland, SC.He was born in Ridgeland, SC on February 09, 1919 to the late John W. Malphrus, Sr. and Golda Lowther Malphrus.He was a Painter and Carpenter; member of Great Swamp Baptist Church; US Army Veteran of WWII and served in the Civilian Conservation Corps. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.He is survived by his son, G. Timothy
