John J. Myers

John J. Myers, father to Sara and Jesse, husband to Judi Rolin Myers, passed away on July 19, 2026, after a long battle with cancer.

Known to his friends and family as Mel, all who knew him loved him. Mel had rare woodworking skills and was happy to share his knowledge with anyone who was willing to learn.

He was predeceased by his father, Lawrence “10/4” Myers (2010); his mother, Laurendy “Candy” Myers (2005); and his brother, David J. Myers (2017). He is survived by his brothers, Ron J. Myers, Jack J. Myers (Angelique), Jim J. Myers (Renee), and Lawrence Jr. Myers (Nina); and his sisters, Lorraine Franck (James) and Joan Maltais (Louis).

Rest in peace, dearest Mel. We will miss you.
