Acelebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at11:00 a.m. at Church of the Palms UMC. 1425 Okatie Hwy, Okatie, S.C.Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. prior to the memorialservice.Johnnie was born in Andover, VA and is survived by his wife, Paula; 2 sons,Mark & wife Sheila and Joe and wife Lecia, one daughter, Leigh Ann andhusband Marvin Moore; Five grandchildren: Scott Willingham & wife Krista,Joey Willingham, Teri Frank & husband Nick, John Willingham & wife Susan,and Justin Morrow, and 4 great grandchildren. He is survived by threeBrothers; Don & wife Shirley, Mike & wife Bobbie, & David, and two sisters,Anita Wade and Sue Ogorek & husband John. He was proceeded in death by hisparents, John Lewis and Wilma, and one brother, Robert.Burial will be at Glencoe Cemetery, Spring Street, Big Stone Gap, VA. 24219.Johnnie was a 22 year veteran of the United States Air Force having servedfrom 1955 - 1977 achieving the rank of Senior Master Sargent and servingmany tours of duty. He served 26 years as construction superintendent atPoly America in Grand Prarie, Tx.
