Joseph Richard Patrilla of Bluffton, SC, 50, passed away on Friday, May 16, 2008 in Hospice House of Savannah, GA.He was born in Alexandria, VA on September 12, 1957. He was the son of the late Richard Arnold and Delores Alcomindras Patrilla.He was a seafood specialist for Publix Supermarkets. He was a Baptist and former Sunday School Teacher. He enjoyed fishing and playing chess with Christopher.He is survived by his wife, Sherry Sheppard Patrilla of Bluffton, SC; one son, Christopher Joshua Patrilla of Bluffton, SC; one brother, Rick (Lori) Patrilla of Bluffton, SC; one niece, Brittany Garbade; one Nephew, Alex Sheppard and sister in law, Janet Sheppard. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Tina.A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC. The family will receive friends from 6 til 8, Monday evening at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Hospice House of Savannah, P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416 or Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W.
