Joseph Pablo "Pepa" Sanchez

Joseph Pablo "Pepa" Sanchez, 99, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2009 at his home in Hardeeville, SC.He was born in Key West, FL on July 28, 1909. He was the son of the late Luciano and Laura Suarez Sanchez.He was a former civil service worker and retired from the poultry production and distribution industry. He was a World War II veteran and he attended Abundant Life Tabernacle in Hardeeville, SC.He is survived by three sons, Phil (Pop) Sanchez of Hardeeville, SC, Eugene Sanchez of West Palm Beach, FL and Richard Sanchez of Davie, FL; one sister, Milta Butts of Daytona Beach, FL and grandchildren living locally include Brenda Figueroa, Kenneth, Darrell, John and David Sanchez. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, March 4, 2009 in the Sauls Funeral Home Chapel, 310 W. Adams St., Ridgeland, SC with burial in Vista Memorial Gardens, Hialeah, FL. The family will receive friends from 6 til 8, Tuesday evening, March 3, 2009 at the Funeral Home.
