Josephine Mcnish Cedar

Josephine McNish Cedar, 87 of Bluffton, SC died Monday, February 24, 2014. Ms. Cedar was born in Puerto Rico on June 12, 1926, the daughter of the late Joseph Vincenty and Marie Rodriguez Vincenty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband, James McNish and her son, Ronnie McNish who was killed in action while serving during the Vietnam War. She is survived by her husband, Gus Cedar; sons, Patrick Cedar and wife Vicky and Kevin Cedar, all of Cleveland, TN; daughters, Mary Hall and husband Buren, Chrissy Danson and husband Patrick, and Doreen Tippett and husband Brian, all of Cleveland, TN; grandchildren, Catlin, Nicole, Collin, Anna, Mary, Taylor, Morgan, Jason, Elise, and Elijah; nephew, Damon Vincenty of New Jersey; nieces, Betty Sue Hart and Robin Stanberry, both of Knoxville, TN, and Melody Vincenty of New York. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 7, 2014 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 333 Fording Island Road, Bluffton, SC 29909. Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jasper Animal Rescue Mission, P.O.
