Judith Kohler Burfeind

Judith (Judy) Kohler Burfeind, 68, died Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at her home in Sun City, SC after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born in Albany, NY on August 21, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Raymond William Kohler and Helen Eunice Priscilla Boose. She was a retired registered nurse, enjoyed entertaining, playing golf, loved her family and lived life to the fullest. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Alfred (Al) Burfeind; brother, Theodore ?Ted? David Kohler; four children, Sheryl (Sherry) Del Giorno and husband, Mark, of Eldersburg, MD, Debra (Debbie) Hufnagel and husband, Ray of Conshohocken,PA; Robert ?Bruce? Burfeind and wife, Lisa, of Jacksonville, FL, and Thomas ?Scott? Burfeind and wife, Penny, of Columbia, MD; 16 beloved grandchildren, Jacqueline, Laura, Allison, Megan, Michael, Colleen, Ryan, Taryn, Kimberly, Kendall, Christian, Lily, Taylor, Madison, Thomas, and Reagan. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 26 at Lowcountry Presbyterian Church in Bluffton, SC. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in her name to the Susan G.
