Judith Lucille Rowland

Judith Lucille Rowland, age 77, was born on August 11, 1947 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, the daughter of Lawrence and Pauline (Debus) Dolberg.  She married her husband James R. Rowland on June 8, 1969 and moved to Homewood, IL where they raised their two daughters Jennifer and Jaclyn.  She enjoyed reading, crocheting & thrift shopping with friends.

In 2005 they moved to Bluffton, SC to be closer to their children & grandchildren. She loved the Lord, spending time with family and attending Bible studies.

She will be deeply missed by many.  She is survived by her husband of 55 years James, daughters Jennifer and Jaclyn (Rick) Borja, grandchildren Lyndsay and Zachary Borja, siblings Allan (Pat) Dolberg, Lloyd (Ginette) Dolberg, Patricia (Gil) Mosher, Steven (Sylvia) Dolberg, Timothy (Vicki) Dolberg, sister in law Helen Martin and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Dolberg.

A visitation will be held at Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025 at 5:30 pm with a funeral service to follow at 6:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at Wiley Cemetery in Lexington, IL.
