Justilia Savoie Pinnell, 85, of Okatie, SC passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 in the Memorial Health University, Savannah, GA.She was born in Patoutville, LA on May 25, 1923. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Angela Verrett Savoie. She was a homemaker; a Christian and an avid pet lover.She is survived by three daughters, Daisy (Richard) Godbee of Guyton, GA, Nadine (Gerry) Grayson and Rainie (Jimmy) Steedley all of Okatie, SC; one sister, Lilia Picard of Franklin, LA and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husbands, Jacob Charles Weigel and Willis Mack Pinnell and four brothers.Funeral Services will be held at Noon on Monday, January 19, 2009 in the Sauls Funeral Home Chapel, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC with burial at 2:30 pm in the Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC. The family will receive friends from 4 til 6 on Sunday, January 18, 2009 at the Funeral Home. A Rosary Service will be held at 5:30 pm.In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Maranatha Farm Animal Rescue, 342 Crabapple Lane, Ridgeland, SC 29936.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is assisting the family with their arrangements.
