Justin Ihly Baker, 25, of Ridgeland, SC passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2009 in the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC.He was born in Savannah, GA on March 12, 1984. He was the son of James Ellis and Elaine Ihly Baker Jr.He was a graduate and Valedictorian of the 2002 Class at Thomas Heyward Academy. He was a Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Carolina. He was the Branch Manger of South Carolina Bank and Trust in Ridgeland, SC. He was a member of the Ridgeland Baptist Church. He was a member of the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He was a board member for the Jasper County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs. He was a avid Gamecock fan, enjoyed the Braves baseball, golf and playing softball.He is survived by his father and mother, James E.
