Karl Wilson Vining

Karl Wilson Vining, 76, of Bluffton, SC passed away April 17, 2013 after a courageous struggle with numerous illnesses. He was born on February 16, 1937 in Binghamton, New York the son of the late Millis Vining and Norma Wilson Vining.He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Fletcher Vining of Bluffton, SC; three sons and their spouses, Brian & Elizabeth Vining of Houston, TX, Kevin & Suzanne Vining of Albany, NY, Craig & Heather Vining of Memphis, TN; one sister, Shirley Kwasnik of Kirkwood, NY; and six grandchildren.Karl was a veteran of the US Air Force and a member of the Sun City Veterans Association. He was also a member of the Sun City Art and Croquet Clubs. For many years, he and his wife Pat enjoyed Square Dancing and Round Dancing together. His love and devotion for his family and his kind and gentle spirit will be remembered by all.The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 20th from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. with a celebration of life at 10 a.m. at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd, Bluffton, SC.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the charity of your choice
