Katherine Saturday, 55 of Bluffton passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at her home.She was born in Ridgeland, SC on July 18, 1955. She was the daughter of the late Rance and Margaret Amanda Hall Saturday.She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bluffton. She was a wonderful cook. She loved the ocean. She loved her sons and family.She is survived by her longtime companion, Jesse Thompson; her two sons, Jesse Eckert of Auburn, AL and Ethan Oliver of Bluffton, SC; two brothers, Michael (Cynthia) Saturday and Patrick Saturday all of Bluffton, SC; two sisters, Pamela (Bill) Duane of Hardeeville, SC and Sylvia Triplett of Bluffton, SC and several nieces and nephews.
