Larry Edward Storm and Elizabeth Marie Storm With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Larry E Storm(82) and Elizabeth M Storm(81) Larry was born on August 30, 1941 and passed on October 22, 2023 and Elizabeth was born on May 7, 1942 and passed September 19, 2023.

Larry and Elizabeth were both born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, Larry in Stroudsburg, Pa and Elizabeth in Nazareth, Pa.

After Larry graduated from Stroudsburg High School in 1959, he attended Churchman’s Business College the went on to serve in the United States Army as a helicopter pilot in Vietnam.

After her graduation from Nazareth Area High school in 1960, Elizabeth married her first husband Charles Bracken who died in service to the United States Coast Guard just months before the birth of their daughter.

Larry and Elizabeth met and fell in love through their letters back and forth to Vietnam. In 1965 they married and went on to raise 3 Daughters, Cheryl( Elizabeth’s first child),Tammy and Mary Margaret.

Larry had an incredible career as a helicopter pilot with Carson Helicopters of Perkasie, Pa. He was an amazing Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Great Grandfather, Great,Great, Grandfather and Friend. He was an avid woodworker and gardener.

Elizabeth established Hemlock Quiltery with her daughter Tammy, but her life’s work was being a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her sewing, gardening and baking brought her and all her family great joy.

They were active members of Christ Hamilton United Lutheran Church in Stroudsburg, Pa.

Elizabeth and Larry have 8 Grandchildren; Casey, Samantha, William, Connor, Jonathan, Jordan, Timothy and Danielle and 3 Great grandchildren; Reagan, Jackson, and Penelope.

They enjoyed a long life together spending time with family and friends. Their love, devotion, and faithfulness live on in the hearts of all who knew them.
