Leonard Walter Krawczyk

Leonard Walter Krawczyk, 72, of Bluffton, died November 9, 2014 at his residence. He was born on December 3, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Walter and Rose Krawczyk. He was a retired US Navy Chief Petty Officer and after retirement worked for the Department of the Navy in Washington, DC working in the Office of Personnel Management. He moved to Bluffton, SC in 2008 with his wife Lorraine. He enjoyed working with stained glass and was a member of the Sun City Glass Crafters Club. He also enjoyed gardening and growing his own vegetables. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Fuller Krawczyk of Bluffton, SC; daughters Katherine Burrage (David) of Falmouth, VA, Meredith Dalzell (Kevin) of McLean, VA and Jennifer Moos (Patrick Ryan) of Chicago, IL; his brother Richard Krawczyk of Round Lake, IL; his sister, Lorraine Phillipps of Trevor, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Joseph Burrage (Jessica), Alexander Dalzell, Madeline Dalzell, Merlin Ryan, Guy Ryan, PJ Ryan; and 1 great grandchild, Raleigh Burrage. A memorial service will be held at 11am, Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910.
