Leslie James “Jim” Meeks

Leslie James Meeks worked as an electrician for 40 years in the Washington, DC area. He was a member of the IBEW Local 26 union and was known as “Jim” to family and friends. He passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 and is survived by his wife, Virginia Donnelly Meeks, children Michael Meeks (Candi), Mark Meeks, Daniel Meeks (Pat), Sandra Grzesik (Tony), Maureen Donnelly, Laura Lamar (Chris), and grandchildren Matthew Meeks, David Meeks, Tony Grzesik Jr., David Grzesik and Samantha Grzesik. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Hospice center of the THA Group in Bluffton for their very loving care and support.
