Lillian R. Butera Mangiaracina

Lillian Mangiaracina, 93, widow of Gaspar Mangiarancina, of Sun City Hilton Head passed away on Friday, May 2, 2008 in the Hilton Head Medical Center, Hilton Head Island, SC.She was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 12, 1914. She was the daughter of the late Guiseppe and Raffaela Bivona Butera. She was retired from McPhilben Lighting in Melville, NY. She was a parishioner at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Bluffton, SC.She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Stephen and Mary Ann Mangiaracina of Hilton Head Island, SC; two grandchildren, Michele (Thomas) Kender and Kim A. (Steven) Schidrich all of Bluffton, SC; four great grandchildren, Jillian, Anna, Thomas, and Steven whom she loved dearly: one sister, Marie Lozito of Howard Beach, NY.The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 333 Fording Island Road, Bluffton, SC at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 6, 2008 with burial in Six Oaks Cemetery, Hilton Head Island, SC.
