Linda Rae Faber

Linda Faber passed away peacefully on July 15, 2020 with her husband by her side.

Linda is survived by her husband, Thomas (“Tom”) Charles Faber, daughter Jennifer Ann Gross, grandson Samuel Thomas Gross of Savannah, Georgia, sister Merianne Bormann of Overland Park, and Maggie Mae, the four legged child.

When Linda graduated high school she moved from her small town in Pennsylvania for the big city of Washington, D.C. where she was a staff assistant for 41 years for the Department of Agriculture until she retired.  During that time, Linda met Tom, they were married and would have celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary this year.

Linda and Tom moved from Northern Virginia to Bluffton, South Carolina in 2012 to be closer to their daughter and grandson.

She enjoyed bowling, the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, she will be missed but live in our hearts forever.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Lowcountry Memorial Gardens (Sauls Funeral Home), 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, South Carolina 29910. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 pm until the hour of the service.
