Lorraine Decker

Lorraine Decker, 70 of Bluffton, SC and wife of James”Jim” Ronald Decker passed away on July 28, 2016 at Coastal Carolina Hospital, Hardeeville, SC.

Mrs. Decker was born in Passaic, New Jersey on March 11, 1946 to the late Ronald Fitzgerald and Catherine DuBuy Fitzgerald. She was the Executive Assistant for Playtex Consumer Products for many years; an Episcopalian; member Sun City Bowling League; The Haven Bocce Club; member of the Primary Purpose Group of A.A. and a diehard Yankee fan.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Decker is survived by her son, James Todd Decker (Kelly) of Charleston, SC; her daughter, Taryn Goldstein (Ross) of West Palm Beach, FL; her brothers, Ronald Fitzgerald of Clearwater Beach, FL and Richard Fitzgerald (Alice) of Waterville, Maine; her sister, Maureen F. Renduels of Panama City, FL and grandchild, Morgan Catherine Decker and her chocolate lab, Brody Decker. She was predeceased by her brother, Patrick Fitzgerald and her sister, Catherine Meindl.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm , Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 pm until the hour of the service.
