Louis Boni

Louis Alexander Boni, 71, of Bluffton, died Thursday, June 7, 2012 at his home.He was born May 15, 1941 in Buffalo, New York, the son of the late Eleuterio and Mary Mele Boni.He was an US Navy Veteran. He was the owner of Boni and Sons Electrical Contracters. He was a member of St. Francis By The Sea Catholic Church. He enjoyed restoring old cars, playing golf, and spending time with his grandchildren, great-granddaughter, and his beloved companion Rigatoni.He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Margaret A. Boni; sons Louis A. Boni (Dorinne), Phillip A. Boni (Betsy), and Alfred J. Boni (Amy); daughters Regina Marie Hickey and Theresa Antionette Riley of Bluffton; two sisters Mary Ardino of Ft. Pierce, FL; Emily McBride of Elma, NY; one sister in law, Patricia Diane Cummins of Ft. Pierce, FL; 10 grandchildren; and 1 great granddaughter.He was preceded in death by his brothers, Pasquale, Alfred, and Anthony and his sisters Italia Kozal, Delores Kopinski, Virginia Skubis, and Theresa Reichert.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 15, 2012 at Sauls Funeral Home Chapel, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am until the hour of the service.The family requests any memorial donations be made to Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, P.O.
