Louise Beach Padgett

Louise Beach Padgett, 80 of Bluffton, SC and wife of Henry David Padgett Jr. passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2011 in her home.She was born on Hilton Head Island (Jenkins Island), SC on June 22, 1931. She was the daughter of the late Albert Kissler Beach and Bridie Hudson Beach.She worked as a Bookkeeper for Citizens and Southern National Bank in Savannah, GA and Hilton Head #1 Public Service District. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bluffton. She loved flowers and cooking.She is survived by her husband, Henry D. Padgett Jr. of Bluffton; one daughter, Bridie Louise Forbes of Bluffton, one stepdaughter, Gail Padgett of Beaufort; stepsons, Kenneth F. (Carol M.) Padgett of Barnwell, SC and Paul A. (Elaine) Padgett of Beaufort, SC; two brothers, Lonnie (Shirley) beach of Walterboro, SC and Albert Beach of Bluffton; one sister, Mary Fell of Ridgeland; thirteen grandchildren, Joanna Forbes, Jenny King, Bo Padgett, Haley Omar, Melissa Easler, Chris Padgett, Shannon Nagle, Cretian Myers, Christina Hardy, Brett Padgett, Patrick Fucci, Brian Fucci and Sierra Forbes and fourteen great grandchildren.Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton with burial in the Bluffton Cemetery.
