Marie Greco Connor

Marie Connor of Bluffton, SC died on March 20, 2008.She was born on January 29, 1924, the proud daughter of Italian immigrants Carmine Greco and Mary Cataldo. She was raised in Harlem, NY and attended NYC schools later working for 30 years in their Special Education Department.She was the devoted wife of 54 years of Frank Connor who predeceased her.She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Marybeth and George Schnurr of Bluffton; two granddaughters and their spouses, Nancy and Jamie Rosen and Denise and Bill Polites all of Bluffton and 3 great grandchildren; Victoria Polites and David and Adam Rosen.She was a die hard Yankee and Frank Sinatra fan and for the last six years an active member of the Crescent community.
