Marion Way Ouzts, surrounded by her loving family, passed from her earthly to her heavenly body on Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Born in Jasper County on March 5, 1926, she was the daughter of Vincent Riley Miller and Lillie Mae Martin Miller. She was the oldest of three children; her sister is Edna Strickland of Ruffin, SC and her brother was James Miller (deceased) of Orlando, FL.Marion attended Jasper County schools and eventually earned her GED.
