Mark Mason Tarver

Mark Mason Tarver, 60, of Bluffton, South Carolina died December 26, 2010 at Coastal Carolina Hospital. He was born September 26, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia, but lived the majority of his life in Bluffton. A graduate of Bluffton High School, Mark attended the University of South Carolina, later serving in the Armed forces in Vietnam. He is survived by his son Derek Tarver, his daughter Katharine Tarver, his parents Bill and Helen Tarver, brother Bill Tarver, Jr., sisters Claire Jones, Elizabeth Zipperer, Helen Fennelly, and a wonderful network of nephews and nieces including Will Tarver, III, Stephen Tarver, Michael Jones, Matthew Jones, Marshall Jones, Karl Zipperer, Sarah Zipperer, David Zipperer, Rachel Zipperer, Patrick Smith, Jacob Smith, Mason Fennelly, Joseph Fennelly, and Emma Fennelly. Mark was a generous and loving man with a wonderful sense of humor who always went out of his way to help those he cared for. A private service for Mark
