Marlene Morgan Cheshier

Marlene Morgan Cheshier, 76 of Hardeeville, SC died Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Select Specialty Hospital of Savannah. Mrs. Cheshier was born in Varnville, SC on January 11, 1938, the daughter of the late Harry Grady Morgan and Marquerite Rentz Morgan. She was retired from the Savannah Sugar Refinery where she worked for many years as a registered nurse. Mrs. Cheshier was preceded in death by her brother, Ricky Morgan and her grandson, Cheshier Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Hugh A. Cheshier; daughters, Kelli Johnson (Chris) of Savannah and Kymberli Koloski (Andrew) and grandchildren, Graeson and Hunter Koloski of Colorado Springs, CO; brother, Bobby Morgan of Statesboro, GA; sisters, Sandra Morgan of Savannah and Lynn Parrish of Statesboro, GA. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 6, 2014 at the Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery, Savannah, GA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
