Mary Louise Austin Brown

Mary Louise Austin Brown, widow of Earl William Brown, 85, died Thursday, February 16, 2012 at her home in Bluffton.Mary was born in Washington, D.C., March 26, 1926. She was the youngest of nine children.She was a homemaker. She was Catholic and a charter member of Blessed Sacrament Church since 1947 when church was held in a movie theatre. She was also a member at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, and playing golf.She is survived by her son, Darrell Brown (Holly) of Alexandria, VA; a daughter, Sharon Oehmann (Robert) of Bluffton, SC; two grandchildren, Darrell Brown, Jr. and Jacqueline Weaver; and her great grandchildren, Jessie and Milla Brown, and Noah and Haley Weaver. The family requests memorial donations be made to Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, P.O. Box 3827, Bluffton SC 29910A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm, Monday, February 20, 2012 at Sauls Funeral Home Chapel in Bluffton with a Vigil Service at 7:30 p.m.
