Mary Jane Bock Davies

Mary Jane Bock Davies, 73, of Daufuskie, SC and wife of Robert E. Davies passed away on Friday, August 6, 2010 in the Hilton Head Regional Medical Center, Hilton Head Island, SC.Mary Jane was born in Duquesne, PA on January 8, 1937. She was the daughter of the late Michael J. and Anna Tunder Bock.She was a homemaker who loved her family more than anything else in life. Mary Jane was a member of St. Francis By The Sea Catholic Church.Mary Jane is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Edward Davies of Haig Point-Daufuskie Island; one son, Mark Robert (Janet) Davies of Juniper, FL; three daughters, Sandy (Brad) Rolf of Charlotte, NC, Trish (Todd) Elliott of Bluffton, SC and Michele (Jim) Goodwin also of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Audrey (John) Hadvab of Lancaster, SC and Janet (Ralph) DeRose of Corry, PA and eight grandchildren, Ryan and Lauren Davies, Jenna and Amy Rolf, Colin and Evan Elliott and Chris and Stefanie Goodwin. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis by the Sea Catholic Church, 45 Beach City Road, Hilton Head Island at 10:30 am, Tuesday, August 10, 2010. The family requests memorial donations be made to The Cross School, 495 Buckwalter Parkway, Bluffton, SC 29910 . Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family with their arrangements.
