​Mary J. Davis Sweat

Mary J. Davis Sweat, 80, of Ridgeland, SC, widow of Charles M. Sweat, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at her home.

Mrs. Sweat was born April 6, 1937 in Atlanta GA. She was a chef at the Ramada Inn and an employee for Beaufort County for 20 years. She attended Maye River Baptist Church and was a former star women’s softball player.

Mrs. Sweat is survived by her son, William J. Doran of Ridgeland, SC and sister, Edna Bigley of Beaufort, SC.

Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with arrangements.
