Mary J. Girgis

Mary J. Girgis, 75 of Bluffton, SC passed away August 28, 2021 surrounded by family.

She was born in Coopersville, MI on May 28, 1946 to the late Eugene Sadowski and Evelyn Carr and raised and loved by Eugene and Mildred Sadowski (deceased).

Mary was a graduate of Fruitport High School, Fruitport, MI and attended Southern Technical College of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she became certified in Medical Assisting. Mary moved to Bluffton in 2004 with her husband where they attended Grace Coastal Church. Mary worked at Kroger as a florist and a Sales Associate at Belk. Mary enjoyed traveling the world, doing crafts and collecting dolls. Mary was a people person and loved her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Todd Mosley of Gilroy, CA, Troy (Gretchen) Mosley of Tulsa OK, Aaron (Linda) Mosley of Tulsa, OK, Jay (Vanessa) Mosley of Scotts Valley, CA, James Mosley and daughter Tina Mosley of Tulsa, OK. Brother, George (Candy) Sadowski of Fruitport, MI, Sister, Helen Workman of Batesburg, SC. Grandchildren, Trey, Matthew, Tyler, Nathan, Haylee, Jeremiah, Aaron James, Caden James, Rylan, Annelise, Cage, Ava R, Lila, Ava P, Jesse, Cash and Ean. Great grand children Emmie Lou and Madden.  Many nieces and nephews and her beloved Yorkie Timmee. Mary was predeceased by her husband Dr. Ebeid Girgis and sister Joan Artist.

We would like to personally thank Georgia Hospice for their kindness when helping Mary though her final days.

Graveside service will be held at 11 am, Friday, September 3, 2021 at Lowcountry Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10am to 11am before the service at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC.
