Mary Ellen Haley Dalton

Mary Ellen Haley Dalton, 91, of Hilton Head Island, SC and widow of Frank Thomas Dalton passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Broad Creek Care Center.She was born March 19, 1918 in Bradley Beach, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Francis T. and Laura Leona Heesen Haley.She was a member of West Grove Methodist Church in Neptune, NJ for over 50 years. She was employed by Bell Atlantic of NJ for over 40 years before retiring in 1984 and was a member and past president of Telephone Pioneers of America.She is survived by two daughters, Lynda (Greg) Ridgeway of Okatie, SC and Donna (Thomas) Smith of Culpeper, VA; two grandsons, Jason and Craig Smith; and five great grandchildren, Kamryn, Lindsy, Maya, Bentley, and Kendra Smith.A Graveside Service will be held at Hamilton Cemetery in Neptune, NJ.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC and O
