Mary Louise (Thomas) Smith

Mary Louise Thomas Smith, formerly of Savannah GA, passed away Friday, 22 April 2022 in Columbia SC.

Mary was born 23 February 1934 in Grays SC to the late Grover and Juanita Tuten Thomas.

Mary was a licensed cosmetologist/master barber and the long-time owner of Mary’s Hair Stylist Beauty Salon in Savannah.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Pat Wise Smith and her sisters, Iris Alberta Pope and Doris Duncan.  She is survived by her brother, Charlie Thomas, and numerous nephews and nieces whom she loved as her own.

A private, family only graveside service will be held later at Grimes Cemetery in Early Branch, SC.
