Mary Ann Viola Crone

Mary Ann Viola Crone born to John T. and Jessie V. Collisi had one brother, Gordon T.

Mary Ann worked in pharmacies for twenty years until she moved to Savannah, GA where she married Roy Schrengast and worked at Gulfstream Aerospace until he died.  She moved to Hilton Head in 1992, then Bluffton in 1995 with her husband, Donald Crone who passed away in 2006.

She worked at Ultra Diamonds and Zales Diamonds until she retired in 2009.  She was one of the founding members of Church of the Palms, where she was active.

She is survived by many good friends and worshipers.  Some of her hobbies were painting, cross stitching, crossword puzzles.

Due to COVID-19, there was a graveside service on Thursday, January 28 at 2:00 pm at Lowcountry Memorial Gardens, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton. In lieu of flowers, Mary Ann would like donations to the Church of the Palms, 1425 Okatie Highway, Okatie, SC 29909.
