Michael Ray Ethington

Michael Ray Ethington, 48 of Ridgeland, SC passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at his home. He was born in Monroe, LA on September 24, 1966 to Ronald Gene and Jean Goodroad Ethington. He was the owner of Mike's Custom Cabinet Builders; a member of Faith Baptist Church; enjoyed hunting and fishing; a coach for all of Justin's Sport Teams from T Ball to Baseball; loved his family; well respected by all his family members. His granddaughter Cheyanne was the center of his world. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Shanna Herrington Ethington; one son, Justin Ray Ethington (Stevie) of Ridgeland, SC; one brother, Jamie R. Ethington (Lisa) of Ridgeland, SC; four sisters, Pamela Goodroad of Monroe, LA, Carmey Ethington of Calhoun, LA, Melody Olsen of Monroe, LA, and Cindy Girod (Jimmy) of Columbia, LA; mother-in-law, Joann Reppond of Farmerville, LA; and one granddaughter, Cheyanne Ethington of Ridgeland, SC. A service will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Faith Baptist Church, 1610 Grays Hwy, Ridgeland, South Carolina 29936. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
