Michael Gioseffi

Michael Gioseffi embodied the American Dream. Hard work, character, and intelligence helped, and freedom did the rest. But it was to his wife, Eleanor, that he gave all the credit. The family they built together was his treasure, his heart. Their long marriage was a marvel to all. They were so close, never without the other, and they laughed a lot over many decades. Blessed with grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he loved, he was generous to every one of them and a lot of fun. He truly lived that verse about faith, hope and charity, the greatest of these being charity. Over the course of a very long lifetime, he cared about everyone he met and everyone he knew, reveling in their successes, offering ways, words and wisdom to help them achieve, always spiced with his signature wit and humor. Everyone felt good to be around him. That is why he touched so many lives. Although his career in business was stellar—and to list his achievements would exceed the word count—he will be remembered for who he was. A kind and very good man. A man who loved Sinatra and Shakespeare. A man with a warm and beautiful smile for all.

Please extend your heartfelt condolences to Michael’s wife, Eleanor, their son and daughter, Michael Jr. and Claudia and their respective spouses, Nicki and Ed, their granddaughters, Jessica and Amanda and their spouses, Tyler and Drew, and their great-grandsons, Asher, Roman, Cohen and Nolan, and all who knew and loved Michael. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
