Michael Jamieson

Michael "Mikey" "BabyFace" Jamieson, aged 43, of Bluffton, SC, passed away on May 14, 2024. Mikey was born on February 27, 1981, in Syracuse, NY. He was a devoted father to his daughter Kayla and a respected owner and working manager of his painting and drywall business.

Mikey, known for his larger-than-life personality, was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He adored his Dobermans, Gunther, Gladys, and Gerry, and enjoyed outdoor activities such as camping, boating, fishing, ATV'ing, hunting, and shooting sports. His love for music was evident to all who knew him, as he would play and sing passionately at every opportunity.

In his career, Mikey worked as an independent contractor for various local construction firms before pursuing his true passion in the food and beverage industry at Palmetto Hall Plantation in Hilton Head, SC.

Mikey is survived by his father, Charles W Jamieson; his daughter, Kayla; brothers, Charles (Chuck) and Pat; and his partner, Lisa. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary A Williams.

A celebration of Mikey's life will be held at Jakes Grub and Grog in Brewerton, NY, on Sunday, June 30 from 3 pm to 7 pm, with a brief prayer service at 4:00 pm.

A visitation took place at Sauls Funeral Home in Bluffton, SC.

Mikey will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on through the impact he had on those around him.
