Michael Kilpatrick Nichols

Michael Kilpatrick Nichols, 68 of Hilton Head Island, SC passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011 in the Hilton Head Medical Center.He was born in Oklahoma City, OK on August 19, 1942. He was the son of the late Lyle and Josephine Kilpatrick Nichols. He was an International Banker who spent many years working in Europe and Asia with American Express Bank. He was a graduate of Georgetown University. He was an avid golfer.He is survived by his wife,Diana Nichols of Hilton Head Island, SC; two daughters, Michelle (David) Varettoni of Columbia, SC and Stephanie (Edward) Bushey of Melville, NY; two sisters, Sally Williams of Nashville, TN and Jan Hale of Mobile, AL and three grandchildren, Elizabeth Bushey, Megan Bushey and Nicholas Varettoni.Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC.
