Michael Weinberg

Michael Weinberg of Sun City passed away on February 22, 2016. Michael was born in Providence, Rhode Island on November 28, 1942. He was a hardworking, self-made independent business man and retired to Bluffton, South Carolina six years ago with his beloved wife Sheila. He was well known in the Sun City community for his generosity, thoughtfulness and his sense of humor. He was delighted by his family, had a deep love for animals and appreciated spending time with friends. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Weinberg of Bluffton, SC and his two daughters; Julie Weinberg of Provincetown, MA and Barri Weinberg of Bluffton, SC. The family will be holding a Celebration of Life service on Friday, February 26th at Mickve Israel Congregation in Savannah, GA followed by Shiva Friday, February 26th from 7pm-9pm Saturday from 2pm-4pm/7pm-9pm & Sunday from 1pm-3pm/5pm-7pm at the Weinberg home in Sun City. 836 Mystic Point Drive, Bluffton, SC 29909.
