Murray Nettles

Murray Nettles, 76, of Ridgeland, SC passed away October 5, 2019 at Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, SC.

Murray was born March 27, 1943 in Ridgeland to the late Curtis Nettles and Edna Roberts Nettles. On July 28, 1961, he married the love of his life, Mildred. Murray was a Christian; loved fishing and caring for his farm animals. He was a heavy equipment operator for Malphrus Construction.

Murray is survived by his daughters, Faye Moore (Allen) and Rachael Cabrera, both of Ridgeland; brother, Norris Cook (Patsy) of NC; grandchildren, Timothy Moore (Bailey) and Jamie Lee Nettles, both of Ridgeland; and great-grandchildren, Sadie Moore and Mollie Moore.

He was preceded in death by his wife, who passed away in December of 2008; brother, Carlton Cook of CA; and sister, Verna Scanlon.
