Nancy Jeannine Ratliff, 27, of Hardeeville, SC passed away, Monday, November 16, 2009 as the result of an accident.She was born April 22, 1982 in Melbourne, FL. She was the daughter of Jeffrey and Diana Haram Ratliff.She was a student at the Technical College of the Lowcountry studying in the field of Radiology.She is survived by her mother, Diana, and her stepfather, David Letzinger of Bluffton, SC; two children, Ayden and Allison; one brother, Benjamin; and one sister, Emily.A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Abundant Life Tabernacle, 1293 Plantation Drive, Hardeeville, SC.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is assisting the family with their arrangements.
