Neal William Graves

Neal William Graves, a true Bluffton native, passed away on Monday February 23, 2026 at the age of 57. He was the youngest of three children and was born in Beaufort, SC to Lloyd and Sidney Graves on November 3, 1968.

Neal was a jack of all trades with a passion for woodworking just like his father. He spent most of his career working in cabinetry with Oliver Kitchen & Baths. He was an avid sports fan, especially of college football, and was a loyal fan of the South Carolina Gamecocks through the good times and the bad. He loved fishing and deer hunting but preferred to keep the backyard deer comfortable and well fed throughout the year. Neal enjoyed the Graves family trips to the Smokey Mountains – Maggie Valley in the winter and Cherokee in the summer and fall.

Neal was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Sidney Graves, grandparents William Heyward Graves Sr and Catherine Davis Graves, and great nephew Holden Graves.

Neal is survived by his wife of 30 years Caroline Stanislawski Graves, two sons William and Nicholas Graves both of Bluffton, sister Angela Graves of Bluffton, brother Glenn Graves of Ridgeland, sister in law Concetta Graves of Bluffton, mother in law Helen Stanislawski (Joe O’Quinn) of Bluffton, niece Jessica Graves of Bluffton, nephew Alex (Jessica) Graves of Bluffton, great nieces Harper and Sidney Rose and great nephew Houston. Neal also leaves behind his two bunnies, Smudge and Dolly.

There is no service planned at this time. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
