Oscar Rivera Barrios

Oscar Rivera Barrios, 84, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2010 at his home in Ridgeland, SC.He was born on July 14, 1926 in Maria Elena, Chile to the late Oscar and Rosa Barrios. He was a retired Chief Engineer for the Merchant Marine. He was a Roman Catholic.He is survived by his son, Oscar (Nancy) Rivera of Ridgeland, SC; two daughters, Lucia Reyes-Rivera and Regina Rivera, both of Chile; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.A memorial service will be held at a later date.Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with their arrangements. (saulsfh.com)
