Pamela Essick Toomer

Pamela Essick Toomer, 50 of Pritchardville, SC and wife of Kenneth N. Toomer Sr. passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2011 in Hospice Savannah, Savannah, GA.She was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 19, 1961. She was the daughter of Virginia M. Essick and the late William A. Essick Sr. She was a bookkeeper for Piggly Wiggly in Bluffton, SC. She was a Lutheran. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth N. Toomer, Sr. of Pritchardville, her son, Christopher Michael Essick, of Pritchardville, her mother, Virginia Essick of Toms River, NJ; her sister, Linda Ambis (John) of Toms River, NJ; her brothers, William Essick, Jr. (Jennifer) of Jamison, PA and Jeffrey Essick of Toms River, NJ; her nephew, William Essick III and niece, Chloe Elizabeth Essick of Jamison, PA.The family will receive friends at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton from 6:00 pm til 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 25, 2011. A Funeral Service will be held at Sauls Funeral Home, Bluffton at 3:00 pm Wednesday, October 26, 2011 with burial in Lowcountry Memorial Gardens, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton.The family requests memorial gifts be made in memory of Pamela Toomer to Hospice House of Savannah, 1352 Eisenhower Drive, Savannah, GA 31416.
