Patricia Brown James

Patricia Brown James, 79, of Bluffton, SC and wife of Elsworth E. James passed away on Monday, February 1, 2010.She was born in Pendergrass, GA on November 24, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Dewey and Mabel Thomas Brown.She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and she was a Southern Baptist. She was a volunteer for the Veterans Administration Hospital, the March of Dimes and a Cub Scout Den Mother. She worked with the mentally and physically challenged.She is survived by her husband, Elsworth E. James of Bluffton, SC; two sons, Michael G. (Wendy) James of Burbank, CA and Randall E. (Michele) James of Ridgeland, SC; one daughter, Denise James (Manuel) Cantoria of Chicago, IL; three brothers, J. W. Brown, Ray Brown and Royce Brown all of Georgia; one sister, Carolyn (Richard) Zimmermann of Bluffton, SC; two grandchildren, Brandon and Jeremy Pierce; and three great grandchildren, Kylie, Cameron and Emerson.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is assisting the family with their arrangements.(www.saulsfh.com)
