Patricia Siobhan Kennedy

Patricia Siobhan Kennedy (née Brady) of Bluffton, SC, and Port Angeles, WA, passed away on May 18, 2018 while holding the hand of her loving husband Paul. ‘Patty’ was born in Bay Shore, NY on May 8, 1950 to Dr. and Mrs. Warren R. Brady, the second of five children. She grew up surrounded by an extended family and a strong network of friends. She dedicated her life to teaching and nurturing elementary school students. While teaching on a US military base in Germany, she met Paul. During their forty years of marriage, Patty and Paul traveled the globe, raised two children, and enjoyed creating memories with family and friends. Hospitality and cooking were trademarks of their home. Patty is survived by her husband; siblings Sue (Rod) Stephenson, Bernadette (Gerry) Fitzpatrick, Mari (Michael) Notley, Kay (Dennis) Cooper, Tim (Maria) Kennedy, Colleen (Dale) Stockdale; her children Kathryn (Adam) Pegues and Molly (Dylan) Kennedy; her grandchildren Siena and Bryan Pegues; godchildren Jennifer Stephenson, Kara McGuire, Megan Cawley and Brandon Horton; nieces/nephews including Jennifer (Joe) Stephenson, Melissa (Robin) Stephenson, Dustin (Kim) Fitzpatrick, and many more who were all loved; and friends who became family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia’s name to St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church (Bluffton, SC) or Queen of Angels Catholic Church (Port Angeles, WA).
