Patricia Ann Wenger

Patricia Ann Wenger passed away alongside her loving husband and children in Savannah, Georgia, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on January 3, 1953, to the late Russell and Betty (Keefer) Rhoads.

Pattie began her career in cosmetology, and later, as a well-known employee of Cherry Valley Lodge and The Granville Inn. Pattie and her husband built their retirement home in South Carolina, where she enjoyed making new friends and all that the low country has to offer.

Her greatest joy came from caring for and spending time with her family, to whom she was endlessly devoted. A lifelong animal lover, she rescued every pet that became part of the family. She also had a wide range of interests, including travel, reading, puzzles and exploring restaurants as a true foodie.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 37 years, David, children Casey Scaffide, Tessa Scaffide, Katie (Tim) Breese, grandchild Beckett, her silbings Russ Jr. (Janet) Rhoads, Sandie Faris and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Pattie was preceded in death by her brother Jeff Rhoads.

Pattie left this earth far too soon, and her absence will be deeply and eternally felt.
