Paul Goldman

Paul Goldman, age 79, of Hardeeville, SC and formerly of Lake in the Hills, IL died peacefully in his home, surrounded by his loved ones Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at home. Mr. Goldman was born on December 4, 1938 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Irving and Lilyan Goldman. He was a graduate of Drake University where he earned a degree in Pharmacy. Following his formal education he began his career as a pharmacist and recently retired at the age of 79. Outside of work Paul enjoyed being on the water sailing, playing cards, listening to music of all genres, spending time with friends, watching his Chicago Bears and most of all, enjoying his family. Mr. Goldman is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Joyce Harding; daughters, Amie Goldman (David Gundersen), Myla Goldman (Bryan Craig), Jordana Goldman, and Whitney Goldman (Jacob Deering); and grandchildren, Luciena, Rowen, Greta, and Jonah. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral Home.
