Paul Robert Landry

September 13, 1942 — March 24, 2023

Paul Landry passed away on Friday, March 24th 2023.  He is survived by his sons Tim Landry of Cottage Grove, OR and Tad Landry of Huntersville, NC.  He also has two daughters-in-law, Audra Landry and Nicole Landry, and five grandchildren.  Additionally, he is survived by two sisters, Jacqueline Rowe of Wilmington, NC and Rachel Meldrem of Gainesville, FL.

A native of Nashua, NH, Paul moved to Hilton Head Island, SC in 1997.  Throughout his life, he was dedicated to serving his community.  He enlisted in the Coast Guard as a young man, volunteered with many youth organizations throughout his adulthood, and served as a board member for several organizations during his time in Hilton Head. Most recently, he was highly involved in the Junior Jazz Foundation.  Paul was an avid lover of Jazz music who travelled extensively to attend performances.  He rooted for all Boston sports teams, especially the Red Sox.  Track and field was another of his passions.   Additionally, Paul was a successful entrepreneur who built a plastics packaging engineering company from scratch.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 noon, Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Jazz Corner, 1000 William Hilton Pkwy C-1, The Village at Wexford, Hilton Head Island 29928.
