Peter C. Harris

Peter C. Harris, 64, of Bluffton, South Carolina died Sunday, February 2, 2014. Mr. Harris was born in Flint, Michigan on December 27, 1949, the son of Ward Harris and Anna Deluca Harris. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during Vietnam. He was retired from the General Motors Corporation. He was of the Catholic faith and served as an altar servant at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Flint, Michigan. He loved to travel and have a good time. Mr. Harris is survived by his wife, Peggy Harris; sons, Peter Harris and wife Megan of Flushing, Michigan and Dustin Schmitver of Davidson, Michigan; daughter, Candace Austin of Binghamton, New York; mother, Anna D. Harris of Flushing, Michigan; brother, Mark Harris of Flushing, Michigan; sister, Jeri Harris of Flushing, Michigan; and grandchildren, Benito, Grace, and Sidney. Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family with arrangements.
