Polly Ann (Drew) Horton, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, November 29 th at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, GA.

She was born on October 13, 1938 in Marion, SC to Walter H. Drew and Evelyn Turner Drew. Her family later moved to Conway, SC where she grew up and met the love of her life James R. Horton (J.R.).
